My intention for this blog is to write about all things music related, and specifically things I think are useful. Now this article I’m about to link doesn’t necessary fit that category, but I do think it could help with all you late owl djs and producers out there. I know I should be taking a more active role in my own sleeping habits. It can make us healthier, more productive, and in the end, better at making and playing music (especially when the norm is being out for gigs at 4am, right?).
